Dhum Dhadaka Marathi Movie
Dhum Dhadaka is a 1985 Marathi romantic comedy movie directed and produced by Mahesh Kothare. It stars an ensemble cast of Ashok Saraf, Mahesh Kothare, Laxmikant Berde, Nivedita Joshi Saraf, Surekha Rane, Prema Kiran and Sharad Talwalkar. The movie is a remake of the Tamil movie Kadhalikka Neramillai (1964), which was also remade in Telugu, Hindi and Kannada.
Plot
The movie follows three young men who try to impress a wealthy industrialist for approving their respective marriages. Mahesh is a poor man who falls in love with his boss's daughter Gauri. He makes his friend pose as his rich father, but things go wrong when Gauri's father finds out. Lakshya is an aspiring filmmaker who wants to cast a village belle named Ambakka in his movie. He faces trouble from her wrestler father Baldev Red. Ashok is a photographer who pretends to be a doctor to woo Seema, Gauri's sister. He gets into trouble when Seema's father asks him to treat his patients.
